Dear Lions Family,

Lions Camp Dorset is preparing for another summer vacation season for kidney dialysis patients and their families. This year's major cleaning will be done by a professional cleaning service prior to June 15th, 2012. 

From June 15 - 22, 2012  Lions, Lioness and friends are being asked to volunteer some time and talent to help get the Camp in order for opening June 24th, 2012. There are lots of jobs to do - something for everyone. If you have your own tools, please feel free to bring them. All lunch, evening meals, snacks and accommodations are provided. You need to bring your own breakfast food, (except for Sat and Sun. morning)  bedding, towels, old clothes, bathing suit and lots of bug repellent.

I will need to know by June 1st, 2012 how many are coming, when they are coming and how long they will stay during that time. This information is required in order that we have enough food and places to sleep for everyone.  If you are interested in cooking for this group please let me know.
